How to Contact Webflow Support

While Webflow is an amazing platform for enabling non-technical users to build websites, it is still a development tool at its core. In this article, we’ll discuss the different options for getting support for your Webflow site, from contacting Webflow’s support team to using the Webflow forum or hiring a Webflow Expert.

Webflow Status Page

If your Webflow site is down, the best place to check first is the Webflow Status page. If Webflow is aware of any active issues with site hosting or the Webflow product itself, they will be noted here and you will be able to subscribe to updates for when those issues are resolved.

Webflow Customer Support

Webflow offers two options for customer support, chat and email. Both of these options can be accessed by going to https://support.webflow.com/get-support, logging into your Webflow account, then submitting the form with details about your support request.

Webflow Phone Support

Unfortunately, Webflow does not offer phone support. You can visit the support page in your Webflow account to submit a request through chat or email.

Webflow University

If you’re looking to learn how to do something in Webflow yourself, Webflow University is an excellent resource for video courses and written tutorials on how to use Webflow. The Webflow 101 course is the perfect way to get started learning Webflow.

The Webflow Forum

If you’re struggling to find a solution to a development problem, the Webflow Forum can be a great place to get help from the Webflow community. While you generally won’t hear directly from the Webflow team on the forum, the community is very active and it can sometimes be a faster option that submitting a support ticket to Webflow. The forum is often the best option if you are working with custom code on a Webflow site, as the Webflow support team generally cannot offer help on those issues, and Webflow University will not have much content on them.

Webflow Experts

If you’re looking to have someone design or developer your website for you, hiring a freelancer or agency will be a better fit that contact support. The Webflow Experts Directory is a great place to find certified Webflow freelancers and agencies for hire.
