We seek an experienced Web Producer with an excellent eye for designing, creating, and maintaining marketing websites. You love a good website, but love making a good website great. The Web Producer will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, testing, optimization, deployment, and monitoring of sites and other software applications for a fast-paced cybersecurity company.
The Web Producer will be responsible for front-end development design and management of our websites and resources tied to them. This position requires a combination of light programming knowledge ( HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and design aesthetics (understanding design, element arrangements on the screen, color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should understand industry trends and content management systems strongly. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, experience with the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment, is preferred.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our digital presence. You'll be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the lead on designated responsibilities and various new projects supporting our web digital presence.
You should know current SEO trends and work with our SEO manager to implement any necessary updates to improve performance and maximize conversions. In collaboration with other marketing team members, you will update our websites, resolve user issues, improve page load speeds, and further improve SEO ranking.
Responsibilities include:
Webflow Development & Maintenance:
- Utilize Webflow's visual development tools and custom code to build and maintain a fully functional, responsive, and visually appealing website.
- Implement interactive elements, animations, and dynamic content to enhance user experience.
- Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and services as needed.
- Regularly monitor website performance, identify and fix bugs, perform updates, and optimize for speed and SEO.
- Maintain security measures to protect the website from threats.
Content Management & SEO:
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create and publish engaging, SEO-optimized website content.
- Implement and maintain a CMS to facilitate easy updates and revisions.
- Manage and maintain company web pages, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot content issues, test links, and update content and resource hubs.
Localization:
- Work with localization resources to support international websites, including those in Japan, Korea, and Germany.
- Using AI learning translation and critical stakeholders in the company to update and maintain languages and course correct any needed updates.
Project Management:
- Own and manage the overall web production schedule and resource assignments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain workflows all related to web presence
Web Design and Strategy:
- Conceptualize, design, and offer creative solutions for improving various areas of the website, future web pages, and upgrades.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss and roadmap future website designs and functions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing team members (designers, content developers, product marketing, and operations) to ensure consistency across all digital presences.
- Collaborate with a full-stack web developer to manage and update WordPress themes and plugins.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor website performance, conduct website performance tests, and work with an SEO manager to implement optimization recommendations.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Work with SEO manager to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the SEO manager to generate regular reports and insights to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Key Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of web design/development experience. (Please submit a portfolio demonstrating your web design and any other graphic design experience.)
- In-depth knowledge of and proven web-based technical skills, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, etc.
- Experience with editing and publishing content via content management systems (Webflow) or similar applications
- Create wireframe storyboards to conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and usability—Photoshop, Adobe XS equivalent in prototyping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn quickly.
- The ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies to adapt to the current trends in modern web design
- Excellent teamwork skills, including communicating daily and working closely with other developers.
Skills Required

Our Compensation And Benefits
At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $147,000.
In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
