At Headspace, the Web Team is responsible for bringing meditation and mindfulness to life on Headspace.com. Through our compelling editorial content, data-driven SEO strategies, and conversion-focused campaign landing pages we strive to help bring health and happiness to the world through our website.

A successful candidate must have a passion for our mission, product, and technology. You should think with a strategic mind, and have recent experience creating and editing pages on a website, preferably at a mobile-app or subscription based company. You will obsess over each step of the customer journey and leverage data to contribute to our goal of turning the web channel into a core acquisition driver for the business.

You have a proven track record of producing exceptional work, an eye for design, and experience successfully working in partnership with marketing, brand, legal, product, and SEO to drive traffic and conversions. You should bring fresh ideas, a strong point of view, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

  • Own integration and formatting of key SEO article pages
  • Support larger marketing initiatives that include but are not limited to: partnership landing pages, checkout flow landing pages, enterprise landing pages in various domains using Contentful and WebFlow
  • Support marketing campaign launches by developing and launching optimized landing pages in Contentful
  • Update existing landing pages to include SEO best practices site-wide
  • Working with internal and external partners to gather requirements such as translations, copy, and assets as needed to build landing pages
  • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of our landing pages. You will then use this data to drive future landing page creation and propose optimizations to our templates based on past success
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our CMS, as well as suggesting incremental improvements to our current CMS structure
  • Maintaining editorial governance so content is up-to-date, meets editorial standards, and is consistent with the Headspace brand

What You've Accomplished

  • Proven experience building and editing landing pages in a CMS; familiarity with Contentful and Webflow or a comparable content management system a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, especially as it relates to on-page optimization
  • Knowledge of basic design and UX principles a plus
  • A good understanding of analytics and experience incorporating learnings into future landing page production.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Amplitude is a plus
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity

Privacy Statement

All member records are protected according to our Privacy Policy. Further, while employees of Headspace (formerly Ginger) cannot access Headspace products/services, they will be offered benefits according to the company's benefit plan. To ensure we are adhering to best practice and ethical guidelines in the field of mental health, we take care to avoid dual relationships. A dual relationship occurs when a mental health care provider has a second, significantly different relationship with their client in addition to the traditional client-therapist relationship—including, for example, a managerial relationship.

As such, Headspace requests that individuals who have received coaching or clinical services at Headspace wait until their care with Headspace is complete before applying for a position. If someone with a Headspace account is hired for a position, please note their account will be deactivated and they will not be able to use Headspace services for the duration of their employment.

Further, if Headspace cannot find a role that fails to resolve an ethical issue associated with a dual relationship, Headspace may need to take steps to ensure ethical obligations are being adhered to, including a delayed start date or a potential leave of absence. Such steps would be taken to protect both the former member, as well as any relevant individuals from their care team, from impairment, risk of exploitation, or harm.
