Our client, a video game studio, is looking for a Web Developer and Designer to support their team with the modernization and optimized navigation of their site that is built within Webflow. The Web Developer and Designer will consult, design, and develop an enhanced site that will ultimately support enhanced user experience and overall navigation to support investor funding and conversions across the site. Candidate must be able to define their approach, project plan including milestones and estimated hours prior to project kickoff.
Web Developer And Designer Responsibilities
- Work within Webflow to design site and improve navigation and overall user experience.
- Consult with internal teams throughout project milestones to deliver modernized site design and navigation.
- Manage scope and timelines effectively to ensure all milestones are met within proposed scope.
- Create a more modernized and optimized site experience, while ensuring site tags are accurately implemented for tracking and web traffic monitoring.
- Select images, implement approve page layouts, and apply changes based on feedback.
- Work collaboratively to support additional website requests as needed.
- Perform Google analytics audit, tagging, and dashboard setup to ensure site analytics are accurately tracked.
Web Developer And Designer Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of web design and development experience; strong background advising on client sites to improve user experience, modernization, and conversions.
- Experience working within Webflow for web design and development.
- Ability to advise and consult on website best practices and optimization opportunities within project scope limitations to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strong web design and development skills including proficiency in basic wireframing, HTML and CSS skills.
- Proven Google Analytics skills to ensure tags are implemented to support site tracking and performance.
