The Opportunity
www.Flocksafety.com serves as the central hub for marketing efforts, an important resource for sales reps, a key driver of lead generation, and the primary platform for engaging with potential and existing customers. We currently see hundreds of thousands of users a month on our website and a best-in-class website not only attracts visitors but also pushes them down the funnel, supporting our ambitious growth goals.
The Website Manager will play a crucial role in achieving our growth goals by focusing on website strategy, including content management, site structure, technical SEO, and increasing conversion rates and personalization through our existing martech stack. This role will directly impact our lead generation, customer engagement, and overall brand visibility.
The Skillset
- 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing websites, preferably for high-growth companies
- Expert user of Webflow or similar website management technology
- Proven track record of driving results through A/B testing, personalization strategies, and user journey optimization
- Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
- Proficient in website content management and strategy and a deep understanding of current web best practices and technologies
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Drift, Mutiny, and 6sense.
- Highly organized operating style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing, sales, content, design, and product marketing
- Ability to analyze website performance metrics and generate insights to drive strategic decisions
- Understanding of HTML and CSS for website development and customization.

90 Days at Flock
We are a results-oriented culture and believe job descriptions are a thing of the past. We prescribe 90 day plans and believe that good days lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a website manager at Flock Safety.
The First 30 Days
At the end of 30 days you understand the current state of the website and website related projects, and you’ve taken ownership over the website.
- Conduct an in-depth review of the current website structure, content, tech, and SEO performance.
- Meet with stakeholders to understand current pain points, and consolidate findings and review with the team.
- Take ownership of the current website project queue in partnership with other key stakeholders such as the design team and execute on the current outstanding projects.
- Develop an initial website strategy for website improvements and get feedback from stakeholders.
The First 60 Days
At the end of 60 Days, you should be executing on your website strategy and starting to see metrics moving in a positive direction.
- Improve one webflow template based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Execute on your technical seo and engagement improvements.
- Launch A/B and personalization tests utilizing mutiny and are starting to get results from your initial tests.
90 Days & Beyond
At the end of 90 Days, you are executing on your website strategy, implementing website structure improvements, increased personalization, A/B testing, webflow improvements.
- Improve two webflow templates based on feedback from stakeholders.
- ~25% of eligible users are seeing personalized experiences.
- Develop and implement a reporting dashboard that tracks KPIs, trends, and insights that are shareable with cross-functional partners.
- Hold monthly review meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, roadmap, and next steps.
The Interview Process
We want our interview process to be a true reflection of our culture: transparent and collaborative. Throughout the interview process, your recruiter will guide you through the next steps and ensure you feel prepared every step of the way.
- Our First Chat: During this first conversation, you’ll meet with a recruiter to chat through your background, what you could bring to Flock, what you are looking for in your next role, and who we are.
- The Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet with your potential future boss to really dive into the role, the team, expectations, and what success means at Flock. This is your chance to really nerd out with someone in your field.
- The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. Engineers may find themselves in coding interviews or architecture discussions, sales roles may present mock discovery calls, and leadership roles may craft 90 day plans. Your recruiter will inform you of which assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
- The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
- The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $99,000 - $135,000 as well as stock options
