Who We Are
We believe branding can transform a business into something incredible because we are consumers ourselves. We’re a team of passionate creatives who specialize in the hospitality industry. We bridge the gap between your customers and your business through visuals and messaging that excite, inspire, and tell an authentic story—all while having fun. Big or small, digital to print, and everything in between, we’ve got your back. We’re here to make cool stuff.
Who You Are
- Strong leadership, clear communication, and example-setting for a design team come naturally to you.
- An unmatched understanding of branding principles is your superpower. You love knowing the why of a brand, and you can execute on it independently. You have no problem working on multiple projects in a day.
- You’re a problem solver. Uncovering a solution thrills you. You take initiative in finding an answer, but you’re not afraid to ask questions, and receive and give honest feedback, especially when it means a better end product.
- Your secret? Accountability. You are ready to dive into the deep end and own your decisions, even if they’re wrong. You know what it means to accept responsibility and put out a fire if needed.
- You know client management and attention to detail are priorities. You can lead projects with accountability that may span weeks or months of development time and include frequent vendor and stakeholder communication.
- Presentation skills and clearly articulating your concepts to our clients and our team are a must.
What Your Day Will Be Like as Our Senior Designer
- Review the team’s work and your own with a focus on art direction and holding our work to the highest standards, and provide and receive feedback openly.
- Time management of your own assignments while also mentoring our junior designers and interns will be critical
- Collaborate with your team to push concepts further to get the best results.
- Expect each day to be different. Some days, you may be creating Instagram graphics, apparel, or redesigning a menu. Other days, you’ll be leading or collaborating on building a brand from the ground up, or ideating cool packaging.
Requirements (This helps us and you understand if this would be an appropriate fit)
- A solid portfolio with examples of visual identities for different brands, from print to digital pieces. Menus, signage, and packaging examples are not required but will be preferred.
- Leadership, growth, and evolution should be on your priority list and in your DNA.
- You have a deep knowledge of design principles and the technical skills to keep up with a talented team. This includes the full Adobe Suite and Figma, being Mac-literate, and knowing how to design for Squarespace, Webflow, and social platforms.
- Teamwork and an agency environment are comfortable zones for you. Expect there to be tight turnarounds on projects at certain times and long wait times on responses to work at other times. Ideally, you have 3-4 years as an in-house agency designer and more than five years as a brand designer.
Extras (These things aren’t required, but if you have them, you’ll immediately stand out)

- Illustration that enhances our clients’ brands

- Knowledge (obsession) of the hospitality/restaurant and CPG industries
