The Web Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust online web assets for the Institute's users, advocacy and education initiatives. The Nonprofit Web Design Specialist will develop and deploy custom Webflow pages, mobile-friendly web experiences, and more. This position requires strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of both website design and user experience.

• Exhibit a keen eye for design and user experience, across platforms.
• Previous experience with (or desire to learn) Webflow as a website hosting and primary design platform.
• Ability to work independently and effectively to complete tasks in an asynchronous, virtual work environment.
• Previous experience with Notion, Airtable or REST APIs is a bonus!
